Tiffany is the CEO of Never Predictablez Inspirational Resources, a young adult workshop creator & facilitator, and a teacher.

Tiffany developed her passion for writing and reading fictional novels during her childhood. Her interest blossomed so intensely during her primary years that she chose to major in English and journalism in college. Those years soon proved to be the keys that would push her writing skills to greater heights: she was appointed the editor-in-chief of her college's newspaper and was later selected as an intern for a Chicago newspaper. The Chicago internship was mind blowing -- she interviewed and wrote articles about professional athletes, authors, historians, and actors.

After completing graduate school, Tiffany began working more frequently with young adults and children to improve their life skills. For over 12 years, she has been facilitating programs (in conjunction with schools and non-profit organizations) that will help youth to increase their self-esteem, create career preparation skills, practice self-control, avoid toxic substances, excel academically, and respect others.
