Here at The Regency Publishers, we work for your success. Therefore, all products carry a no refund policy. The following terms apply to all our Broadcasting services, including but not limited to its hosting and maintenance services.
Our Refund Policy
You cannot cancel your order or receive a partial refund after gathering the elements, and we need to begin the Broadcasting. Broadcasting services include website designs, Internet Marketing Services, Press Release Campaigns, Video Marketing, Photography, Social Media, SEO work, Podcast, Print Work, Logo Work, content registration, and domain name transfers.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your Fulfillment Specialist and the services rendered, please notify us by emailing info@theregencypublishers.com. The Broadcasting Team will make an appropriate decision after looking into your complaint.
Third-Party Policies
The Regency Publishersdoes not have control over the policies, and practices, of third-party companies/websites such as, but not limited to, Google, Yelp, Trip Advisor, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Audible, Amazon, and iTunes or similar businesses. Therefore, the Client assumes all risk and responsibility for all client website(s) content, photos, social media content, graphics, etc. In addition, the Client also assumes all risk and responsibility for the content posted to any social media site, by The Universal Breakthrough, on the Client's behalf since we do not move forward with anything without your approval. Please note that "The Regency Publishers" holds all the right to change or modify this refund and cancellation policy.

The Regency Publishers services offer partial refunds within seven days of purchase receipt.
Publishing Services
Publishing Services include editorial services, cover design, book registration, illustration services, data entry, and book formatting.

We offer partial refunds if you have not submitted your publishing materials. In addition, if you have purchased additional services such as any of our marketing services along with your publishing services order, the refund policy for those services applies.

If you have already provided your materials, that means our team has begun working on your publishing order; therefore, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
Marketing Campaign
We offer partial refunds within seven days of receipt of purchase.
Non-Refundable Services
Print Advertising Services and Stand-Alone Services, which include but are not limited to, Assisted Writing, Screenwriting, Audiobook, Video Creation, Translation Services, are non-refundable. If you have already provided your materials, that means our team has begun working on your publishing order; therefore, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
Partial Refunds for all eligible requests
For eligible refund requests within seven days since the purchase, we will deduct a setup fee or an inconvenience fee of $150 or 50% of the paid amount, whichever is higher.

If you are approved for a partial refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original payment method. This credit or refund can take up to 30 days to reflect on your account.
Why can you not request a refund after seven days?
Our policy lasts seven days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund if seven days have gone by since your purchase.

Upon receiving your purchase, our team will work with you immediately, coordinate with our contractors, and process payments for the required resources to fulfill your service.
